My journey to whole-person healing

My path into whole-person counseling didn’t come from a textbook or a certification. It came from life — real life, hard life, beautiful life. It came from watching people break down in one area while trying to hold everything together in another. It came from seeing how pain travels through the body, hides in the soul, and silences the spirit when it’s not understood.

My philosophy: Healing is layered, holistic, and sacred

Healing happens where safety lives. My approach is intuitive and grounded, honoring the body, soul, and spirit equally. It is gentle but deeply transformative, practical but spiritually aligned. It helps people find clarity, not just comfort, leading them back to themselves, not to dependency. This is whole-person healing with truth at the center and alignment as the goal.

"My calling is to walk with you — mind, body, soul, and spirit — until you see yourself clearly again."

Credentials, experience, and community work

While my degrees, certifications, and awards show my excellence, my heart, my calling, and my commitment show my purpose. You will find that I have lived this work, not just studied it. I have sat with families in crisis, guided at-risk youth through storms, supported overwhelmed parents, and walked with women through decades of transformation. I have held space for people’s pain, confusion, and spiritual exhaustion — and helped them rise.
